2. Consider and take action on Ordinance 2026-43 approving the Tax Year 2026 Property Tax Roll for the Town of Argyle.
3. Hold a public hearing on Ordinance 2026-44 approving and adopting a budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2026, and ending September 30, 2027; providing that expenditures for said fiscal year shall be made in accordance with said budget; appropriating and setting aside the necessary funds out of the General Fund and other fund revenues for said fiscal year for the maintenance and operation of the various improvements and for other activities and improvements of the Town.

9. Consider and take action on Resolution 2026-63 adopting a revised general pay of the Town of Argyle, establishing compensation administration guidelines, providing for the administration of employee compensation, and providing an effective date.

Consider and take action on Ordinance 2026-37 amending Appendix “A” Fee Schedule of the Town of Argyle Code of Ordinances by amending Article A7.000, Infrastructure, Public Works Construction Fees, be amended by repealing Article A7.000, Subsection 4 in its entirety and replacing it with a new Article A7.000, Subsection 4 of the Code of Ordinances.
21. Consider and take action on Resolution 2026-67 Authorizing a PSA with Kimley Horn in the amount not to exceed of $645,000 for the final engineering of Main Street NW, authorizing the Mayor to execute the PSA; providing for severability; and providing an effective date.
23. Hold a public hearing and consider action on Ordinance 2026-42 (TDS-26-008) to consider amendments to Article V, Tree Preservation, of the Town of Argyle Town Development Standards.
24. Hold a public hearing and consider approval of Ordinance 2026-11 authorizing a Zoning Change Request (Z-25-003) from Community Retail (CR) to a Planned Development with a base zoning of Community Retail (CR) for the Heath Tract Planned Development District on a 141.67-acre tract of land, known as James P Heath Addition, Block A, Lot 1, located on the northeast corner of I-35W and FM 407 W in the Patrick Rock Survey, Abstract 1063, Town of Argyle, Denton County, Texas.
25. Hold a second reading of Ordinance 2026-29 and take action on a moratorium on all development applications (i.e. plats, construction plans, building permits etc.) for commercial and residential developments in an area generally bounded by the eastern right of-way line of I-35W to the east, a line approximately 2,900 feet north of FM 407, the western right-of-way line of US Hwy 377 to the west, and a line approximately 5,300 feet south of FM 407. The area includes properties on both the north and south sides of FM 407 between I 35W and US Hwy 377 and includes all land indicated as commercial and residential designations on the Town of Argyle Future Land Use Plan dated June 2024 and zoned as commercial or residential on the latest Zoning Map; providing findings of fact; providing exemptions; providing a waiver procedure; providing for a termination date; providing for severability; and providing an effective date.
