3. Consider approval of Resolution 2026-50 awarding Bid No. 2026-011, Argyle Nature Trail Improvements, to North Rock Construction in the amount not to exceed $339,826.77, and authorizing the Mayor to execute all related contract documents.
8. Consider approval of Resolution 2026-43 approving a temporary service contract with Inframark, LLC for Lift Station Operations in an amount not to exceed $58,000 and authorizing the Mayor to execute the agreement.

20. Discuss and consider action on Ordinance 2026-33 amending (TDS-26-009) to Article II, Subdivisions, of the Town of Argyle Town Development Standards regarding an amendment to Section 14.2.87 – Preservation of Trees and Native Vegetation.
21. Discuss and consider approval of Resolution 2026-49 accepting land donations from CADG Holdings, LLC of approximately 55 acres and approximately 4 acres generally located south of Bridgewater Drive and north of Denton Creek Boulevard and providing an effective date.
22. Discuss electing to change to an 8% Texas Municipal Retirement System (TMRS) member contribution rate, authorizing the corresponding increase in the Town's employer contribution under the existing 2:1 matching ratio, and authorizing the payoff of the associated TMRS prior service liability.
