1. Discuss and consider Ordinance 2026-23 declaring the canvass and results of the May 2, 2026, Special Election held for the purpose of reauthorizing one-half of one percent sales and use tax for the maintenance and repair of municipal streets within the Town of Argyle.

2. Discuss and consider Ordinance 2026-24 declaring the canvass and results of the May 2, 2026, Special Election held for the purpose of considering a proposition to change the term of office for Town Council members from two (2) years to three (3) years, with a phased and staggered implementation beginning in 2027.

3. Discuss and consider approval of Resolution 2026-23 requesting changes to the Texas Department of Transportation FM 407 widening plans to protect rural areas along FM 407 within the Town of Argyle.
