12. Discuss and consider a Private Access Amenity Plan for the Knights Ridge private subdivision, located on the west side of FM 1830, being Lots 1-25, 26X & 27X Block 1, being 72.126 acres situated in the T&P RR Co survey abstract no. 1293, Town of Argyle Denton County, Texas.

6. Hold a public hearing and consider Ordinance 2026-20 for an amendment to Specific Use Permit Ordinance 2024-25 (SUP-26-001) for a Child Day Care Center (Business) located at 319 South US Hwy 377, Town of Argyle, Denton County, Texas.

8. Hold a public hearing and consider approval of Ordinance 2026-13 authorizing a Future Land Use Plan amendment (FLUP-26-001) from Estate Residential 1-acre to Mixed Use on a 10.00- acre tract of land out of the S.A. Chambers Survey, Abstract No. 308, being the northern portion of the E. W. Yeck Addition, Lot 1R-1, Town of Argyle, Denton County, Texas.

9. Hold a public hearing and consider approval of Ordinance 2026-12 authorizing a Zoning Change Request (Z-26-001) from Single Family 2.5 acre Residential Estate (SF-2.5) to Local Retail (LR) for a 10.00-acre tract of land out of the S.A. Chambers Survey, Abstract No. 308, being the northern portion of the E. W. Yeck Addition, Lot 1R-1, Town of Argyle, Denton County, Texas.

10. Hold a public hearing and consider action on Ordinance 2026-19 for amendment (TDS-26- 005) to remove Article III, Zoning, Part 5 Development Standards, Section 14.3.76 Lighting and Glare Standards, and establish Article VIII, Outdoor Lighting, and other related provisions in the Town Development Standards.

13. Discuss potential Town of Argyle Certificates of Obligation Series 2026 as necessary for the construction of a Town of Argyle Law Enforcement Center Building, Law Enforcement Center Site Improvements, and Capital Street Improvements.
