Discuss and consider Resolution No. 2026-18 approving a Professional Services Agreement with Catalyst Commercial, Inc. for the purpose of providing on-call economic modeling and development analysis services and authorizing the Town Manager to negotiate the agreement and the Mayor to execute said agreement on behalf of the Town of Argyle.
