3. Consider ratification of approval of Change Order No. 2 to Canary Construction, Inc., authorized by the Town Manager in the amount of $23,550.
7. Discuss and consider appropriate action on a variance request to Section 8.02.003.C.6.B Noise of the Code of Ordinances of the Town of Argyle for concrete laying and pouring related to the Argyle Independent School District (AISD) Elementary School project on FM 407.
8. Discuss and consider authorizing the Town Manager to issue a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for Independent Audit Services for the Town of Argyle.
9. Discuss and consider approval of Resolution 2025-63 authorizing an Advance Funding Agreement with TXDOT in the amount of $811,275.52 for enhancements to the construction and widening of US 377 from Crawford Road south to the Argyle Town limits and authorizing the Mayor to execute the same on behalf of the Town.
10. Discuss the formation of a Capital Improvement Advisory Committee and additional steps in the process of updating impact fees.
11. Discussion on the progress of the Town Center District FM 407 small area plan created by GFF.
12. Discuss and review the monthly budget reports for October 2025.
