Chambers, Tract 20, located at 409 US Hwy 377 South, Town of Argyle, Denton County, Texas.
18. Discuss and consider approval of Resolution 2025-60 approving an Economic Development Incentive Agreement between CDI 60 Hawk, LLC., and the Town of Argyle and the Argyle Municipal District for the Marsden Tract Development.
19. Discuss and consider approval of Resolution 2025-56 Authorizing the Use of an Interlocal Agreement with the City of Denton to Utilize RFQ 8377 for Pre-Qualified Professional Engineering Services and Approving a Professional Services Agreement with Kimley-Horn & Associates, Inc. for Roadway Impact Fee and Transportation Planning Services.

Discuss and consider approval of Resolution 2025-59 authorizing the Use of an Interlocal Agreement with the City of Denton to Utilize RFQ 8377 for Pre-Qualified Professional Engineering Services and Approving a Professional Services Agreement with Kimley-Horn & Associates, Inc. for Wastewater, Water, and Drainage Infrastructure.
26. Discussion regarding an Advance Funding Agreement with TXDOT for enhancements to the construction and widening of US 377 from North to South Town limit lines.
