3. Consider approval of the August 18, 2025, Town Council Meeting minutes as recorded.

12. Public Hearing to consider Ordinance 2025-35 approving and adopting a budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2025, and ending September 30, 2026; providing that expenditures for said fiscal years shall be made in accordance with said budgets; appropriating and setting aside the necessary funds out of the General Fund and other fund revenues for said fiscal years for the maintenance and operation of the various improvements and for other activities and improvements of the Town; providing for approval of the investment policy; providing a repealing clause; providing a severability clause, and providing an effective date.
13. Public Hearing to consider Ordinance 2025-36 levying a Tax Rate for the Town of Argyle for the Fiscal Year beginning October 1, 2025, and ending September 30, 2026.
14. Consider and take action on Ordinance 2025-35 approving and adopting a budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2025, and ending September 30, 2026; providing that expenditures for said fiscal year shall be made in accordance with said budget; appropriating and setting aside the necessary funds out of the General Fund and other fund revenues for said fiscal year for the maintenance and operation of the various improvements and for other activities and improvements of the Town; providing for approval of the investment policy.
15. Consider and take action on Ordinance 2025-36 levying a Tax Rate for the Town of Argyle for the Fiscal Year beginning October 1, 2025, and ending September 30, 2026.
16. Consider and take action on Resolution 2025-45 ratifying the property tax increase reflected in the Fiscal Year 2025-2026 budget.
17. Consider and take action on Ordinance 2025-37 amending Appendix “A” Fee Schedule of the Town of Argyle Code of Ordinances by amending Article A7.000, Infrastructure, Public Works Construction Fees, to be amended by repealing Article A7.000, Subsection 4 in its entirety and replacing it with a new Article A7.000, Subsection 4 of the Code of Ordinances.
18. Consider and take action on Resolution 2025-41 allowing an amendment to the agreement previously entered into on July 2, 2019, with SAFEBuilt Texas, LLC, in order to include a fee increase, health services, and on-site sewer facility services.
19. Consider and take action on Resolution 2025-43 approving the Town's grant application to the Denton County Development District #4 for the Argyle Nature Trail for an amount up to $200,000.
20. Consider and take action on Resolution 2025-42 approving a Development Agreement for the Mardsen Tract Development.
21. Consider and take action on Resolution 2025-46 approving the selection of a Human Resources firm for the Town of Argyle under RFQ 2025-04, and authorizing the Town Manager to negotiate a Professional Services Agreement with CPSHR and the Mayor to execute the agreement on behalf of the Town.
22. Consider and take action on Resolution 2025-47 approving the selection of a marketing services firm for the Town of Argyle under RFQ 2025-03, and authorizing the Town Manager to negotiate a Professional Services Agreement with BrandEra and the Mayor to execute the agreement on behalf of the Town.
23. Discussion on town road projects.
24. Discuss and review the monthly budget reports for July 2025.
