6. Consider approval of Resolution 2025-36 approving agreements with Cigna for health, dental, and vision, and Mutual of Omaha for long-term disability, short-term disability, and life and accidental death & disability insurance to be included in the FY 2026 Employee Benefits Package.

8. Discuss and consider action on Resolution 2025-35 awarding a bid on the Frenchtown Wastewater Extension Project for a bid amount of $337,500 and authorizing the Town Manager to negotiate a contract and the Mayor to execute the same on behalf of the Town.

Discuss and consider action on a site plan (SP-25-004) for a sign variance request to install two monument signs for The Shops at Gateway, retail, restaurant development, located at 8131 Gateway Drive, being 1.805 acres and legally described as Lot 1R-2, Block A, Gateway Business Park, in the F.W. Thornton Survey, Abstract Number 1244, Denton County, Texas

10. Discuss and consider adoption of Ordinance 2025-31 amending (TDS-25-006) to Article IV, Sign Regulations regarding amendments to Section 14.4.6. – Permanent Signage Standards and other related provisions in the Town Development Standards.

11. Discuss and consider action on Resolution 2025-38 approving a base amount of $43,100 for planning and design services related to an Area Plan Study of approximately 213 acres near FM 407 and US 377, and authorize the Town Manager to negotiate a Professional Services Agreement with GFF Planning and the Mayor to execute the agreement on behalf of the Town.

12. Discuss and consider action on Resolution 2025-37 approving a base amount of $55,200 for planning and design services related to an Area Plan Study of approximately 1,056 acres along the I-35W Corridor, and authorize the Town Manager to negotiate a Professional Services Agreement with GFF Planning and the Mayor to execute the agreement on behalf of the Town.

13. Discuss and consider the appointment of Town Council members to serve on an ad hoc Board Appointment Interview Committee.

14. Discussion and review of the Fiscal Year 2026 draft budget.

15. Discussion and review of the June 2025 monthly budget report.
