3. Argyle Police Department Corporal Promotions Recognition.
4. Proclamation declaring May 15th as Peace Officers' Memorial Day and May 12-18, 2025, as National Police Week.

17. Discuss, consider, and take action on Resolution 2025-17 for a Master Professional Services Agreement with Freese and Nichols, Inc. for drainage engineering.
18. Discuss, consider, and take action on Resolution 2025-19 approving Task Order No. 1 of the Master Services Agreement with Freese and Nichols, Inc. authorizing drainage projects and funding in an amount not to exceed $330,000.
19. Discuss, consider, and take action on a Final Plat application (FP-25-003) for High Plains Trail Lots 3X, 4X, 5X, Block 15, being 7.66 acres in the FW Thornton Survey, Abstract No. 1244, Town of Argyle ETJ, Denton County, Texas.
20. Discuss, consider, and take action on Ordinance 2025-13 amending the Town of Argyle Fiscal Year 2024-25 Official budget, adopted by Ordinance No. 2024-27, by appropriating $100,000 from the unappropriated balance of the General Fund for the purpose of funding the Parks Department.
21. Discuss, consider, and take action on Ordinance 2025-14 amending the Town of Argyle Fiscal Year 2024-25 Official budget, adopted by Ordinance No. 2024-27, by appropriating $11,635.22 from the unassigned fund balance of the Tree Reforestation Fund for the purpose of funding the annual Tree Rebate Program.
22. Discuss, consider, and take action on Resolution 2025-18 to authorize the purchase of Electronic Board and Commission Applications Suite through Compbase, Inc. dba ClerkBase for an amount up to $4,095 annually for the initial three-year term and authorize two annual renewal options in the same amount.
23. Discuss upgrades and maintenance on the soccer fields at Argyle Unity Park. (Mayor Bradford)
24. Discuss the process of open records request submissions and the ability to allow the final responsive documents to be available for public viewing through the Town's current open records software platform (JustFOIA). (Mayor Pro Tem Schmidt)
