Hold a public hearing, discuss and consider Ordinance No. 2024-32 to annex on request of the property owner, land described as Lot 1, Block A, Car Wash Argyle Addition, Being 1.84 acres out of the G. Cardinas Survey, Abstract No 216, Town of Argyle ETJ, Denton County, Texas (Shell Station) and providing a municipal service plan for such property.
14. Hold a public hearing and consider approval of Ordinance 2024-33 authorizing a Zoning Change Request (Z-24-004) from Town of Argyle Extra-Territorial Jurisdiction (ETJ) to a Planned Development with a base zoning of Local Retail (LR) for the Shell Convenience Store and Sonic Restaurant on a 1.81-acre tract of land, known as Lot 1, Block A, Car Wash Argyle Addition, located on the southeast corner of US Hwy 377 and Frenchtown Road in the G. Cardenas Survey, Abstract 216, Town of Argyle ETJ, Denton County, Texas.
15. Discuss, consider and adopt Resolution No. 2024-45 approving a Performance and Chapter 380 Economic Incentive Agreement between Argyle Development, LLC and the Town of Argyle to provide for annexation and a property tax grant for the property 8595 SH 377.

No. 2024-34 to annex on request of the property owner, land described as Lots 2R-1 and 3, Block A, Car Wash Argyle Addition, being 2-acres out of the G. Cardenas Survey, Abstract 216, Town of Argyle ETJ, Denton County, Texas.
18. Hold a public hearing and consider approval of Ordinance 2024-36 allowing a Zoning Change Request (Z-24-003) from Agricultural (A) to a Planned Development with a base zoning of Office Retail (OR) for the Grove Church Chapel on a 5.00-acre tract of land, known as Lot 1, Block B, Paloma Estates Phase 2, located on the south side of Sam Davis Road in the Patrick Rock Survey, Abstract 1063, Town of Argyle, Denton County, Texas.
19. Hold a public hearing and consider action on on an ordinance amendment (TDS-24-010) to Article III, Zoning, of the Town of Argyle Town Development Standards regarding amendments to the lighting and glare standards and other related provisions in the Town Development Standards.
20. Hold a public hearing and consider action on an ordinance amendment (TDS-24-009) to Article III, Zoning, of the Town of Argyle Town Development Standards regarding amendments to the site plan review processes and other related provisions in the Town Development Standards.
21. Hold a second public hearing, discuss and consider approval of Resolution No. 2024-46 approving a Strategic Partnership Agreement with Belmont Freshwater Supply District No. 2 of Denton County to provide for the limited annexation of the Harvest commercial area and the sharing of sales tax levied within the area.
22. Discuss, consider, and act on Ordinance 2024-30 amending the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Budget, adopted by Ordinance 2024-27, appropriating $889,827.61 from the American Rescue Plan Act ("ARPA") - State Local Fiscal Recover Fund ("SLFRF") allocation for the purpose of funding provisions of government services in the form of payroll expenditures under the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Final Rule's standard allowance for the provision of government services.
23. Discuss and consider approval of Resolution 2024-41 approving an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between the Town of Argyle and Canyon Falls Municipal Utility District No. 1, Denton County, Texas for the purpose of providing law enforcement protection and authorizing the Mayor to execute the same on behalf of the Town.
25. Discuss consider and act on approving Resolution 2024-42 appointing persons to serve as Place 1, 3, 5, 7 of the Town of Argyle Planning and Zoning Commission for the term ending October 31, 2026.
26. Discuss and consider approval of a Resolution 2024-43 appointing members to Place 2, 4, 6 and 7 of the Town of Argyle Municipal Development District Board.
27. Discuss consider and act to solicit bids for repair on a portion of Frenchtown Road.
