Consider approval of agreement authorizing the Mayor to accept informal competitive proposals and awarding a contract for document scanning and indexing services for various departments including, but not limited to Municipal Court, Community Development, Town Administration, and Finance with DocuScan Guys in the not to exceed amount of $30,890
6. Consider approval of the purchase of two patrol units authorizing the Mayor to accept competitive proposals from Caldwell Country Chevrolet through BuyBoard Cooperative #724-23 and awarding a contract in the not to exceed amount of $105,660.
9. Discuss consider and take action on selecting a route for the wastewater line to serve the Shell Station, anticipated for future annexation.
10. Discuss, consider and take action to approve Resolution 2024-38 casting the Town of Argyle's votes for a candidate(s) on the ballot for the Denton Central Appraisal District Board of Directors.
11. Discuss consider and take action to approve Resolution 2024-39 to ratify the Municipal Development District Boards decision to amend the Performance Agreement with Cactus Canyon.
12. Discuss Consider and act on approving dates for a Strategic Planning Retreat of the Argyle City Council.
13. Discuss, consider and take action concerning moving forward with the new Law Enforcement Center.
14. Discuss consider and take action on proceeding with a recognition ceremony for the recent acquisition of the Law Enforcement Center Land.
