Public hearing, consider and take action on an Ordinance 2024-25 to approve Specific Use Permit (SUP-24-006) amendment to a Child Day Care Center (Business) use, known as Argyle Christian Academy, located at 319 South US Hwy 377, Town of Argyle, Denton County, Texas; and being located on the east side of US Hwy 377, south of Cook Street, and north of FM 407.
10. Public hearing, consider and take action on an Ordinance 2024-24 for an ordinance amendment (TDS-24-008) amending Article III, Zoning, of the Town of Argyle Town Development Standards regarding Accessory Buildings, Accessory Dwellings, and Use Regulations.
11. Public hearing, consider and take action on an Ordinance 2024-26 for an ordinance amendment (TDS-24-007) to amend Article III, Zoning, of the Town of Argyle Town Development Standards regarding amendments to landscape buffer requirements.
13. Consider approval of Resolution 2024-28 appointing members to the Crime Control and Prevention District Board.
14. Discuss and consider renewal of the mowing contract with Brightview
15. Consider approval of Ordinance 2024-27 of the Town Council of the Town of Argyle, Texas, adopting the annual budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2024 and ending September 30, 2025.
