7. Public Hearing on the proposed property tax rate of $0.343111 per $100 assessed valuation for the tax year 2024 (Fiscal Year 2024-2025) for the Town of Argyle, which is effectively a 13.30% increase in the tax rate from the preceding year.

9. Consider Ordinance 2024-12 amending appendix “A” Fee Schedule of the Town of Argyle code of ordinances by amending Article A7.000, Infrastructure, Public Works Construction Fees, be amended by repealing Article A7.000, Subsection 4 in its entirety and replacing it with a new article A7.000, Subsection 4 of the Code of Ordinances
