3. Hold a public hearing, consider and make recommendation on an ordinance amendment (TDS-24-007) amending Article III, Zoning, of the Town of Argyle Town Development Standards regarding amendments to landscape buffer requirements.

4. Hold a public hearing, consider and make recommendation on an ordinance amendment (TDS-24-008) amending Article III, Zoning, of the Town of Argyle Town Development Standards regarding Accessory Buildings, Accessory Dwellings, and Use Regulations.
