Discuss, consider, and take action on site plan (SP-24-005) for a sign variance request to install a monument sign for the proposed Argyle Neighborhood Shops retail, restaurant development, located at 125 FM 407 E, being 1.88 acres and legally described as Lot 2, Block A, Evans Tract, Town of Argyle, Denton County, Texas.
18. Discuss, consider, and take action on a request from the Unity Park Landscape Manager to approve and fund the installation of a fence at Unity Park.

Consider approval of Resolution 2024-24 proposing the adoption of a proposed total ad valorem tax rate for Fiscal Year 2025 not to exceed $0.366346 per $100.00 of assessed valuation and schedule a public hearing on September 9, 2025 subject to all public hearing requirements of the Texas Property Tax Code.

Discuss, consider, and take action on Ordinance 2024-23 amending the Town of Argyle Fiscal Year 2023-24 Official Budget, adopted by Ordinance 2023-28, appropriating $2,500,000 from the unappropriated balance of the General Fund and $800,000 from the unappropriated balance of the Argyle Municipal Development District Fund for the purpose of purchasing land to construct the Donald G. Moser Law Enforcement Center and Municipal Complex.
