Discuss, consider and take action on site plan (SP-24-005) for a sign variance request to install a monument sign for the proposed Argyle Neighborhood Shops retail, restaurant development, located at 125 FM 407 E, being 1.88 acres and legally described as Lot 2, Block A, Evans Tract, Town of Argyle, Denton County, Texas.
10. Discuss, consider and take action on a funding request from the Children's Advocacy Center for North Texas to reimburse for services provided to Argyle children in 2023 in the amount of $8,640.
