Discuss, consider, and take action on site plan (SP-24-005) for a sign variance request to install a monument sign for the proposed Argyle Neighborhood Shops Retail Restaurant Development, located at 125 FM 407 E, being 1.88 acres and legally described as Lot 2, Block A, Evans Tract, Town of Argyle, Denton County, Texas.
11. Discuss, consider and take action on a request to waive permit fees for 735 Sam Davis Road for a residential building permit.
12. Discuss, consider, and take action on Resolution 2024-15 authorizing the classification of the Argyle American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) - Coronavirus Local Fiscal Recovery Fund (CLFRF) allocation as revenue loss under the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Final Rule's standard allowance for the provision of government services.
13. Discuss, consider, and take action on Ordinance 2024-19 amending the Town of Argyle Fiscal Year 2023-24 official budget, adopted by Ordinance 2023-28, appropriating $932,327 from the unappropriated balance of the General Fund for the purpose of funding drainage projects in the Town of Argyle as prioritized by Town Council.
14. Discuss, consider, and take action on a request from the Unity Park Landscape Manager to approve and fund the installation of a fence at Unity Park.
15. Discuss, consider, and take action on Ordinance 2024-16 amending the Town of Argyle Fiscal Year 2023-24 official budget, adopted by Ordinance 2023-28, appropriating $72,084 from the current year revenue balance of the Argyle Crime Control Prevention District for the purpose of purchasing a 2024 Chevrolet Silverado pickup truck and Tait TM9400 radio for use by the Argyle Police Department.
16. Discuss, consider, and take action on Resolution 2024-16, nominating a representative to the Denco Area 9-1-1 District Board of Managers.

22. Discussion on amendments to the facility use agreement with the Argyle Youth Association.
