6. Discuss, consider and take action on Resolution 2024-12 approving an administrative services agrement between the Town of Argyle and the Argyle Municipal Development District for the purposes of providing administrative services to the District.

7. Discuss and consider approval of Resolution 2024-13 approving an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between the Town of Argyle and Belmont Fresh Water Supply Disctrict No. 2, Denton County, Texas for the purpose of providing law enforcement protection and authorizing the Mayor to execute the same on behalf of the Town.

8. Discuss procedures for Town Council agenda item requests and the coordination with staff.

9. Discuss, consider, and act on Resolution 2024-11 appointing a Councilmember to serve as Mayor Pro Tem.

10. Discuss, consider and take action on a site plan (SP-24-004) for a sign variance request to install additional drive-thru signage and no associated landscaping for a proposed Chic-Fil-A restaurant, located at 1218 FM 407, on the northeast corner of FM 407 and Center Street, being 2.56 acres and legally described as Lot 3, Block 1, Harvest Town Center, Town of Argyle ETJ, Denton County, Texas.

11. Discuss, consider and take action on a site plan (SP-24-003) for a sign variance request to install additional drive-thru and directional signage for a proposed McDonalds restaurant, located at 1226 FM 407, on the northwest corner of FM 407 and Center Street, being 1.37 acres and legally described as Lot 2, Block 1, Harvest Town Center, Town of Argyle ETJ, Denton County, Texas.

12. Discuss, consider and take action on approval of funds to complete necessary maintenance and renovations at Town Hall.
