Public hearing, consider and make a recommendation on a zoning change request (Z-23-003) from Single Family 2.5 acre Residential Estate (SF-2.5) to a Planned Development District with a base zoning of Single Family 1 acre (PD-SF-1) on a 72.00-acre tract of land known as the J E Douglas Addition, Lots 1, 2R-1, and 2R-2, Block 1, located on the west side of FM 1830, south of Knight Street, Town of Argyle, Denton County, Texas.
4. Public hearing, consider and make recommendation on a Specific Use Permit (SUP-23-004) for a proposed school site owned by the Argyle Independent School District (AISD) located on the north side of FM 407 on the James P Heath Addition, Lot 1, Block A (south part), Town of Argyle, Denton County, Texas and also make recommendation on a site plan for a portion of the same property.
5. Public hearing, consider and make recommendation on an ordinance amendment (TDS-23- 013) amending Article V Tree Preservation of the Town of Argyle Town Development Standards, to clarify provisions of a tree survey.
