8. Discussion on the possibility of providing transportation and coordination of group activities for the Argyle Golden Agers. (Mayor Pro Tem Ronald Schmidt)
9. Discuss, consider and take action on a request from Mayor Pro Tem Ronald Schmidt for an award of Exceptional Citizen Service recognition to Deborah Cottle.
10. Discuss, consider and take action to award the contract for construction of a sanitary sewer line as a part of the FM 407 BBQ Sanitary Sewer Line Project.
11. Discuss, consider and take action on a resolution approving a Municipal Development District Grant and Performance Agreement with Circle Star Brands Denton, LLC. and Cactus Canyon, LLC. Argyle (the “Grantee”) in the amount of $100,000 and contingent upon the Grantee obtaining a certificate of occupancy within one year of Town Council’s approval of the agreement and upon meeting and maintaining the performance targets as specified in the agreement.
12. Discuss, consider and take action on a resolution to approve a professional services agreement with Freese and Nichols, Inc. to assist the Town with updating the Capital Improvement Plan.
13. Discuss, consider and take action on an ordinance amending the Town of Argyle, Texas Code of Ordinances, Section 1.007.005, to require an annual appropriation of $500,000 for a Capital Improvement Fund to be used for the design and construction of public buildings and infrastructure.
14. Discuss, consider and take action on an ordinance amendment (TDS-23-010) amending Article II Subdivision, Part 3 Plats of the Town of Argyle Town Development Standards, to consider changes to the Minor Plat requirements.
15. Discuss, consider and take action on an ordinance amendment (TDS-23-011) amending Article II Subdivision, Part 3 Plats of the Town of Argyle Town Development Standards, to consider changes to the platting process.
16. Discuss, consider and take action on a resolution approving a software services agreement with OpenGov, Inc. for Budgeting and Planning Software services, implementation, and training, with the one-time implementation and first-year prorated subscription costs to be funded using the Coronavirus Local Fiscal Recovery Funds utilizing the TXDIR Co-op, and authorize the Town Administrator to execute the appropriate documents.
17. Discuss, consider and take action on an ordinance amending Ordinance 2022-17, thereby amending the annual budget of the Town of Argyle for the Fiscal Year beginning October 1, 2022, and ending September 30, 2023.
18. Discuss, consider and take action on a resolution to approve the Municipal Development District Incentive Policy and Application as recommended by the Argyle Municipal Development District Board.
