11. Consider approval of Ordinance 2023-30 adopting an amendment to Article III of the bylaws for the Argyle Municipal Development District.
12. Public Hearing on the proposed property tax rate of $0.3436111 per $100 assessed valuation for the tax year 2023 (Fiscal Year 2023-2024) for the Town of Argyle, which is effectively a 6.09% decrease in the tax rate from the preceding year.
13. Discuss, consider, and take action on a request from Mayor Pro Tem Ronald Schmidt for an award of Exceptional Citizen Service Recognition to Kathy Salisbury.
15. Discuss, consider, and take action on a change order closing out the Stonecrest Project, wrapping up the final expenditures and presenting the cost savings.
16. Discuss, consider, and take action on Ordinance 2023-28 of the Town Council of the Town of Argyle, Texas, adopting the annual budget for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2023 and ending September 30, 2024.
17. Discuss, consider, and take action on Ordinance 2023-29 levying taxes to be assessed on all taxable properties within the Town Limits of the Town of Argyle, TX for the Tax Year 2023 (FY 2023-2024).
18. Discuss, consider, and take action on Resolution 2023-45 ratifying the tax revenue for the Tax Year 2023 (FY2023-2024) for the Town of Argyle.
