Discuss, consider and act on a Revised Site Plan (SP-23-004) for the Argyle Independent School District Intermediate School, being 19.63 acres located in the White and Gazaway Surveys, located at 800 Eagle Drive, Town of Argyle, Denton County, Texas. This lot is located on the south side of Crawford Road, north of Old Justin Road, and west of Front Street.
9. Discuss, consider, and act to approve a resolution appointing John Ankeny as the Unity Park Landscape Manager and authorizing purchasing power for necessary equipment and supplies.
10. Discuss, consider, and act to approve a resolution awarding a bid and contract for Argyle Town Facilities Janitorial Services.
11. Discussion on establishing a Code of Conduct for Town of Argyle elected and appointed officials
12. Discussion on a monthly newsletter to be mailed out to residents.
13. Discussion on Denton County Emergency Services District No. 1.
