7. Discuss, consider and act on a resolution approving a Professional Services Agreement with Troy Norton for acting as the On-Site Sewage Facility (OSSF) Designated Representative for the Town of Argyle and authorizing the Mayor or his designee to execute the same on behalf of the Town.

Hold a public hearing and consider approval of an ordinance allowing a zoning change request (Z-22-002) from Agricultural (A) to Planned Development District with an Office Retail base zoning for a 10.40-acre tract of land out of the G. Gray Survey Abstract No. 450, being lot 1R-2, Block A United Methodist Church of Argyle Addition, Town of Argyle, Denton County, Texas. (CONTINUED FROM MAY 15, 2023 MEETING)
12. Discuss, consider and act on a resolution accepting a donation made to the Town of Argyle for the construction of a Law Enforcement Center in the amount of $15,000.
13. Discuss, consider, and act on a request from Denton County Emergency Services District No.1 for financial assistance.
14. Discuss, consider an act on a resolution of the Town of Argyle granting the consent of the creation of Denton County Emergency Services District No. 2.

Discuss, consider and act on a waiver request for an alternative residential street than what has been provided in the 2014 Second Amended and Restated Development Agreement, Exhibit C Thoroughfare Standards, for final plat (FP-23-006) Harvest Phase 13, being 47.738 acres situated in the Patrick Rock Survey, Abstract No. 1063, Denton County, Texas; located in the Town of Argyle’s Extra Territorial Jurisdiction (ETJ); and being located to the north of Old Justin Road and west of the Town limits of the Town of Argyle, containing a total of 132 residential lots and 4 common lots.

Discuss, consider and act on an Easement Abandonment application (EA-23-001) for a 15-foot temporary sanitary sewer construction easement located at Lot 8R-1, Block 2, Johnson Acres being an addition in the Town of Argyle, Denton County, Texas; located north of Joyce Lane, and on the east side of Charyl Lynn Drive.
17. Discuss, consider, and act on an ordinance to alter the prima facie speed limits established from 55 miles per hour to 50 miles per hour for vehicles under the provisions of Transportation Code, Section 545.356 upon Highway No. US 377 or parts thereof, within the incorporate limits of the Town of Argyle.
18. Discuss, consider, and act on a request for a variance to Town of Argyle Code of Ordinance Section 8.02.003(6) relating to noise generated by work by Charter Communications for upgrade of internet within the Town of Argyle.
19. Discuss, consider and act on approval of Change Order No. 3 for the US 377 Sewer Relocation Project.
20. Discuss, consider and act on a resolution awarding a mowing contract for town owned property and thoroughfare right of ways to Brightview Landscape Services Inc.
