Hold a public hearing and consider approval of an ordinance allowing a zoning change request (Z-22-002) from Agricultural (A) to Planned Development District with an Office Retail base zoning for a 10.40-acre tract of land out of the G. Gray Survey Abstract No. 450, being lot 1R-2, Block A United Methodist Church of Argyle Addition, Town of Argyle, Denton County, Texas.
18. Discuss, consider and take action on a Site Plan (SP-23-003) for a 6,400 square foot restaurant without drive thru on the Cactus Canyon addition, Lot 1, Block A being 3 acres in the Patrick Rock Survey, Abstract No 1063, Town of Argyle, Denton County, Texas, located on the north side of FM407 and west of the Well Community Church.

22. Discuss, consider, and act on vacancy of Town Council Place 5.
13. Hold a public hearing, consider and take appropriate action on a proposed ordinance amendment (TDS-23-004) to consider amendments to Article VI, Trails and Parkland, Part 2, Dedications of the Town of Argyle Town Development Standards regarding amendments to the park dedication requirements and fee related provisions in the Town Development Standards.
14. Hold a public hearing, consider and take appropriate action on a proposed ordinance amendment (TDS-23-003) to consider amendments to Article III, Zoning, Part 2, Zoning Procedures and Administration of the Town of Argyle Town Development Standards regarding various amendments to the concept plan and site plan timeline requirements and other related provisions in the Town Development Standards.
15. Hold a public hearing, consider and take appropriate action on an ordinance allowing a Zoning Change Request (Z-23-002) from Agricultural (A) to Single Family-1 acre for two tracts of land consisting of a total of 5.167-acres out of the W. Gazaway Survey Abstract No. 480 and J. Gazaway Survey, Abstract No. 481, known as 134 Crawford Road, Town of Argyle, Denton County, Texas.
16. Discuss, consider and act on a change order closing out the Stonecrest Project, wrapping up the final expenditures and presenting the cost savings.
20. Discuss, consider, and act on an ordinance amending Article III - Zoning, Part 2 - Zoning Procedures and Administration, Section 14.3.22 - Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) in the Town Development Standards to authorize Town Council to create and appoint a ZBA that consists of five members and two alternates who are residents of the Town.
21. Discuss, consider, and act on a resolution appointing a Councilmember to serve as Mayor Pro Tem.
23. Discuss, consider, and act on a date for the June 2023 Town Council meeting.
