1. Discuss and consider action on ordinance to amend the Code of Ordinances to amend Chapter 4 "Business Regulations," Article 4.04, "Alcoholic Beverage Establishments, to add a provision and procedure for a variance to the distance requirement for the Alcoholic Beverage Establishment.
2. Discuss and consider action on a request to grant Right of Entry (ROE) to Atmos Energy for temporary workspace to stage and construct a casing bore for utility relocation along US 377.
3. Discuss and consider action on the Texas Department of Transportation Agreement for the reimbursement of costs associated with US 377 Line B relocation project.
4. Discuss and consider action on a request to grant the Public Works Director the authority to spend up to $50,000 from the Tree Reforestation Fund to provide additional trees at Unity Park.
5. Discuss and consider action on a request from the Denton County Master Gardener's Association to place a Monarch Butterfly Garden and Waystation in Unity Park.
6. Discuss and act to approve a mural for the Unity Park shed as requested by Denton County Master Gardner Association.
