9. Discuss and consider moving the date of the Town Council Regular Meeting for March.

11. Consider approval of Ordinance 2023-04 amending Ordinance 2022-17, thereby amending the Town of Argyle Fiscal Year 2022-2023 Annual Budget to reflect the addition of one police officer position in the amount of $55,000 to be paid from the General Fund balance.
12. Discuss and consider approval of Resolution 2023-08 approving an Interlocal Cooperation Agreement between the Town of Argyle and Belmont Fresh Water Supply District No. 2, Denton County, Texas for the purpose of providing law enforcement protection and authorizing the Mayor to execute the same on behalf of the Town.
13. Discuss and consider a request from property owner of 107 Collins Street to repair the driveway.
14. Discuss and consider the letting of a mowing contract for Unity Park and other Argyle locations.
15. Discuss and consider the letting of a street maintenance contract for assigned projects necessary for town pavement maintenance.
16. Discuss and consider approving funds to make necessary renovations at Unity Park Facilities.

Discuss the prospects of authorizing a flood study on Fincher Branch and/or Loving Branch watersheds to establish acceptable peak flow baselines for future proposed development flood study reviews on pertinent locations. 19. Discuss an amendment to the Town of Argyle Code of Ordinance to include guidance on board member removal when recommended by the assigned board.
