4. Consider approval of Resolution 2022-47 providing comments and recommendations to Oncor Electric Delivery Company, LLC in response to a proposed allignment of the Ramhorn Hill-Dunham 345 kV transmission line and authorizing the staff to take all necessary action, including the expenditure of funds, to achieve an alternate alignment that will not significantly destroy Argyle's urban forest, residential and commercial properties, and providing an effective date. 5. Discuss and take possible action on hiring an attorney and necessary consultants to assist the Town with opposition of the Ramhorn Hill-Dunham Transmission line in the Town of Argyle

Discuss and consider approval of Resolution 2022-48 requesting the Denton County Emergency Services District No. 1 and the Argyle Fire District Inc. complete a forensic audit on the operations and finances of both entities and propose the Argyle Fire District Inc. be dissolved, and its emergency services responsibilities be absorbed by the Denton County Emergency Services District No. 1.
6. Public hearing, consider and take action on an Ordinance Amendment (TDS-22-004) to Article III, Zoning, Part 5. Development Standards regarding Commercial Bufferyards in the Town Development Standards. (Part 2 of 2)

9. Consider and take action on the proposed street design for Gateway Boulevard as it relates to the Argyle Landing Plat condition and access to several adjacent properties that are affected by it.

Consider and take action on a large-scale development sign package for the Harvest Town Center commercial development per Section 14.4.15, Article IV Sign Regulations of the Town Development Standards, located on the northwest corner of FM 407 and I-35 West, Town of Argyle Extra-Territorial Jurisdiction (ETJ), Denton County, Texas.
12. Discuss and give staff direction on the scope of the independent forensic audit for Fiscal Year 2020-2021. (Tabled during November 21st meeting)
