Heath Addition, recorded under Document Number 2010-16 and 2018- 114132, Town of Argyle, Denton County, Texas.
4. Receive public comments, consider, and make recommendation on Zoning Change Request (Z-22-001) from Agricultural (A) to Single Family-1 acre (SF-1) for a 92.656-acre tract of land out of the Patrick Rock Survey Abstract No. 1063, being part of Lot 1, Block A James P. Heath Addition, recorded under Document Number 2010-16 and 2018-114132, Town of Argyle, Denton County, Texas.
5. Receive public comments, consider, and make recommendation on an Ordinance Amendment (TDS-22-004) to Article III, Zoning, Part 5. Development Standards regarding Commercial Bufferyards in the Town Development Standards.
6. Consider and make a recommendation for a large-scale development sign package for the Harvest Town Center commercial development per Section 14.4.15, Article IV Sign Regulations of the Town Development Standards, located on the northwest corner of FM 407 and I-35 West, Town of Argyle Extra-Territorial Jurisdiction (ETJ), Denton County, Texas.
7. Discuss possible amendment of the Tree Preservation Ordinance to include the requirement of protective fencing for trees within the rights-of-way. (Requested by ViceChair Paul Kula)
8. Discuss the development process as it relates to when a tree survey and tree preservation plan is requirement. (Requested by Vice-Chair Paul Kula)
