8. Discuss and consider Ordinance 2022-12 approving the closure of Stonecrest Road from FM 407 South to Winchester Pass during the road construction project. (THIS ITEM PREVIOUSLY TABLED AT THE JULY 5, 2022 TOWN COUNCIL MEETING)

10. Discuss and consider approval of Resolution 2022-25 appointing a member to Place 3 of the Municipal Development District for an unexpired two-year term expiring October 31, 2023.

11. Discuss and consider approval of the employee benefits package for the 2023 fiscal year.

13. Consider approval of Resolution 2022-28 authorizing a professional service provider selection for Coronavirus Local Fiscal Recovery Fund Programs (CLFRF) through the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 (ARPA) and authorizing the Mayor to execute necessary documents on behalf of the Town.

14. Consider approval of Resolution 2022-29 proposing an ad valorem tax rate for the Fiscal Year 2023 of $0.365347 per $100.00 of assessed valuation and schedule a public hearing on September 19, 2022 subject to all public hearing requirements of the Texas Property Tax Code.

15. Discuss and consider approval of Resolution 2022-30 disapproving of the Denton Central Appraisal District Fiscal Year 2023 budget.
