CONSENT AGENDA
9. Discuss and consider the allowance of a variance to Town of Argyle Code of Ordinance Section 8.02.003(6)B relating to noise generated by paving operations outside of the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. during weekdays and 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. on weekends.
10. Consider and take appropriate action on a Revised Site Plan (SP-22-006) for Liberty Christian School, regarding a building addition, located at 1301 US HWY 377, Town of Argyle, Denton County, Texas.
11. Discuss, consider and Act on Resolution 2022-23 approving a Second Amendment to the Second Amended and Restated Development Agreement – Harvest between the Town of Argyle and Realty Capital Argyle 114, LTD. and Belmont 407, LLC establishing a dwelling unit cap and confirming the provision of sanitary sewer capacity to the Harvest development; and authorizing the Mayor to execute the agreement.
12. Discuss and consider approval of Resolution 2022-24 appointing members to Places 6 and 7 of the Financial Oversight Committee for unexpired terms with an effective date of July 19, 2022
13. Discuss and consider approval of Resolution 2022-25 appointing a member to Place 3 of the Municipal Development District for an unexpired two-year term expiring October 31, 2023.
14. Discuss and consider possible action on the position of Town of Argyle Town Administrator.
15. Discuss and consider acting on the position of Town Secretary and or Assistant Town Secretary
