8. (TABLED 08/16/2021) Consider and act to approve the Site Plan (SP-21-002) for Castle Development Argyle, Phase II a proposed 7,500 sq. ft. medical office building, and the Overall Concept Plan, being located on the southeast corner of FM 407 and Blue Horizon Way, Town of Argyle, Denton County, Texas including four conditions and three variances to the Town Development Standards and Waterbrook Master Planned Development Standards as recommended by the Planning and Zoning Commission and act to approve the Development Agreement.
9. (TABLED 08/16/2021) Consider and approve TDS-21-001 Amendments to Article III Zoning Commercial Bufferyards.
