CONSENT AGENDA

11. Hold public hearing, consider and act upon Ordinance 2021-21 approving an ordinance amendment (TDS-21-001) to Article III, Zoning regarding various amendments to setbacks and bufferyards for commercially zoned districts adjacent to residential owned districts in the Town Development Standards.

12. Hold public hearing, consider and act on Ordinance 2021-22 approving an amendment (TDS- 21-002) to Article III Zoning regarding various amendments to setbacks, lot coverage and accessory building requirements for SF-1, SF-2.5, and Agricultural zoned districts in the Town Development Standards.

13. Discussion and consideration of all matters incident and related to approving and authorizing publication of notice of intention to issue certificates of obligation, including the adoption of Resolution 2021-45 pertaining thereto.

14. Consider and act to Schedule a Public Hearing on the Proposed FY 2021-2022 Budget for September 7, 2021.

15. Consider approval of Resolution 2021-41 proposing an ad valorem tax rate for Fiscal Year 2022 of $0.370482 per $100.00 of assessed valuation and to schedule the public hearing for the tax rate on September 20, 2021 subject to all public hearing requirements of the Texas Property Tax Code.

16. Consider and act regarding approval of Ordinance 2021-20 amending the Code of Ordinances of the Town of Argyle, Chapter 11, "Taxation, Article 11.02. - Property Taxes, Division 2. - Ad Valorem Tax Exemptions" by adding Section 11.02.034 "Limited Increases of Ad Valorem Taxes on Residence Homesteads for Persons Age 65 and Over and Disabled Persons."

17. Consider and act regarding Site Plan (SP-21-002) for Castle Development Argyle, Phase II a proposed 7,500 square foot medical office building, and overall concept Site Plan, being located on the southeast corner of FM 407 and Blue Horizon Way, Town of Argyle, Denton County, Texas.
