10. Hold a public hearing to consider and take appropriate action on Ordinance 2021-16 to amending the Town Development Standards by approving an ordinance amendment (TDS- 21-005) to Article III, Zoning, of the Town of Argyle Town Development Standards regarding various amendments to solar energy system requirements and other alternative energy system regulations in the Town Development Standards.
11. Discuss and consider appropriate action on a Site Plan (SP-21-003) for the Avalon Amenity Center, being 0.786 acres situated in the F.W. Thorton Survey, Abstract No. 1244, Denton County, Texas; being located in Avalon at Argyle Phase One, Lot 1X, Block D; located in the Town of Argyle south of FM 407 and east of IH-35W.
12. Discuss and consider appropriate action on a variance request to Section 8.02.003.C.6.B Noise of the Code of ordinances of the Town of Argyle for concrete pouring related to the Well Community Church project.
13. Discus and consider approval of Ordinance 2021-17 amending Appendix A Fee Schedule of the Town of Argyle Code of Ordinances by adopting Article A 5.500 "Wastewater System Fee (Denton System)" applicable to certain subdivisions within the Town subject to contractual third-party system charges.
14. Discuss and consider approval of Resolution 2021-36 with recommended amendments to the board appointment policy approved by Resolution 2021-28.
15. Discuss and consider approval of the purchase of a cloud-based sales tax analytic platform through ZacTax.
