PUBLIC HEARING: Consider and make a recommendation on a Zoning Change (MDP-19-001) from A (Agricultural) to VC-MU (Village Center Mixed Use) for Cook Street Restaurant, being approximately 1.143 acres of land, being a portion of Stephen A.
