Discuss and consider approval of Resolution 2021-13 authorizing a contract with Reytech Services, LLC, for Phase I of the U.S. 377 Sewer Line Relocation Project and authorize the Mayor Pro Tem to execute the necessary documents on behalf of the Town.
Discuss and consider rejecting all bids submitted for the 2021 Street Improvement Program and authorizing staff to rebid the project with the inclusion of ride quality specifaction and wording requested by the Town Attorney.
Consider Ordinance 2021-11 amending Chapter 2, "Animal Control", of Article 2.01, "General Provisions", of section 2.01.001, "Definitions", to update a definition within the Town's Animal Control Regulations.
