OPEN FORUM This is an opportunity for the public to address the Town Council on any matter of public business, except public hearings. Comments related to public hearings will be heard when the specific hearing begins. Each speaker is limited to five (5) minutes, unless the speaker requires the assistance of a translator, in which case the speaker is limited to ten (10) minutes, in accordance with applicable law. Each speaker shall approach the podium and state their name. Speakers shall address the governing body with civility that is conducive to appropriate public discussion. Speakers can address only the governing body as a whole and not individual city officials or employees. The public cannot speak from the gallery but only from the podium. Per the Texas Open Meetings Act, the Town Council is prohibited from deliberating or taking action on any matter not listed on the agenda. The Council may only: (1) make a statement of fact regarding the item; (2) make a recitation of existing policy regarding the item; or (3) propose the item be placed on a future agenda, in accordance with Council adopted procedures.

Hold a public hearing and consider approval of an ordinance to approve amendments to Article I, General, Part 3 Definitions and Article III, Zoning of the Town of Argyle Town Development Standards regarding various amendments to zoning districts, land use charts, definitions, and other land-use related provisions in the Town Development Standards (TDS-20-001).

Consider approval of Resolution 2020-32 awarding a bid for sewer line cleaning and closed-circuit television (CCTV) inspection services and authorizing the Town Administrator to execute the necessary documents on behalf of the Town. 8. Consider approval of Ordinance 2020-23 amending the Town of Argyle Fiscal Year 2020-2021 Official Budget, adopted by Ordinance No. 2020-19, appropriating $80,000 from the unappropriated fund balance of the Wastewater Operating Fund for the purpose of funding sewer line cleaning and CCTV inspection services for the Town’s Collection System.
Consider approval of Resolution 2020-33 approving amendment number three (3) to the Professional Services Agreement with Teague Nall and Perkins, Inc., (TNP) adding construction inspection services for the Crawford Road Project.
Discuss and consider setting public hearing dates for an ordinance adopting and enacting a moratorium on acceptance, authorization, and approvals necessary for the subdivision, site planning, development, or construction on property within a defined geographic boundary, generally surrounding FM 407 between IH-35W to the West and US 377 to the East, and extending approximately 2,900 feet to the North of FM 407 and 5,300 feet to the South.
