PUBLIC COMMENT: This is an opportunity for the public to address the Town Council on any matter, except public hearings that are included on the agenda. Comments related to public hearings will be heard when the specific hearing begins. Each speaker is limited to five (5) minutes, unless the speaker requires the assistance of a translator, in which case the speaker is limited to ten (10) minutes, in accordance with applicable law. Each speaker shall approach the podium and state his/her name and address before speaking. Speakers shall address the governing body with civility that is conducive to appropriate public discussion. Speakers can address only the governing body as a whole and not individual city officials or employees. The public cannot speak from the gallery but only from the podium. Per the Texas Open Meetings Act, the Town Council is prohibited from deliberating or taking action on any matter not listed on the agenda. Executive Session Pursuant to Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, Subchapter D, the Town Council will recess into Executive Session (closed meeting) to discuss the following: 1. §551.071(1),(2): Consultation with attorney regarding pending or anticipated litigation, or a settlement offer; or on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the governmental body under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with this chapter: a. NEW BUSINESS: 1. Consider and take appropriate action on a Site Plan (SP-19-013) for Integrity Performance Sports, a proposed 183,340 sq. ft. health club facility, located south of Sam Davis Road and east of I-35W, being legally described as a 13.422-acre tract of land within a portion of James P. Heath Addition, Lot 1, Block A, located in the Patrick Rock Survey, Abstract No. 1063, Town of Argyle, Denton County, Texas. 2. Consider and take appropriate action on a Site Plan (SP-19-012) for The Well Community Church, an approximately 20,500 sq. ft. church facility, to be located north of FM 407 and west of US 377, being legally described as a 20.876-acre tract of land located in the Patrick Rock Survey, Abstract No. 1063, Town of Argyle, Denton County, Texas. 3. Discussion and consider adopting an ordinance of the Town of Argyle repealing Article 1.06 “Code of Ethics”, Chapter 1 “General Provisions” of the Town of Argyle Code of Ordinance, in its entirety and replacing it with a new Article 1.06, Ethics Ordinance. 4. Discussion and consider the appointment of a council member(s) to review the Town of Argyle Code of Ordinances. 5. Discussion and consider the appointment of a member(s) to a Strategic Plan Committee. 6. Consider a possible change order for Whispering Trails Street and to provide staff with direction regarding completion of the project associated with the 2019 Capital Improvements Plan for road improvements.

Discussion on the Town of Argyle facilities and future use planning.
