EXECUTIVE SESSION Pursuant to Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, Subchapter D, the Town Council will recess into Executive Session (closed meeting) to discuss the following: 1. §551.071(1),(2): Consultation with attorney regarding pending or anticipated litigation, or a settlement offer; or on a matter in which the duty of the attorney to the governmental body under the Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Conduct of the State Bar of Texas clearly conflicts with this chapter: a. Ronald Schmidt v. Town of Argyle, et.al., Case Number 4:19-cv-00-688. 2. §551.074: Personnel matters - to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline or dismissal of a public officer or employee; or to hear a complaint or charge against an officer or employee. a.
