Consider approval of a resolution proposing the adoption of a total ad valorem tax rate for Fiscal Year 2020 of $0.3975 per $100.00 of assessed valuation subject to all public hearing requirements of the Texas Property Tax Code (Fiscal Year 2020 total ad valorem tax rate - $.03975). 4. Consider approval of resolutions approving Interlocal Cooperation Agreements (ILA) with Denton County for Tax and Assessment Collections: a. A resolution between the Town and Denton County for tax collections. b. A resolution between the Town and Denton County for Assessment Collections for The Highlands Public Improvement District and Waterbrook of Argyle Public Improvement District. 5. Consider approval of an ordinance to update the Waterbrook of Argyle Public Improvement District Service and Assessment Plan and Assessment Roll for 2019. 6. Consider approval of a resolution appointing members to the Crime Control and Prevention District Board. 7. Consider approval of an ordinance adopting the Code of Ordinances of the Town of Argyle.
