Consider and take appropriate action on a Site Plan for three (3) proposed single-family residential homes, located at the northwest corner of the Rusk Street and Cypress Street intersection, and being legally described at Lots 13, 14, 15, Block 7, Original Town of Argyle, Town of Argyle, Denton County, Texas. 2. Consider authorizing the Town Manager to execute an agreement with Intermountain Slurry Seal for improvements associated with the 2019 Capital Improvements Plan for road improvements. 3.
