Consider an ordinance amending the Argyle Code of Ordinance, Chapter 13, “Utilities”, by adopting a new Article 13.06, “Right-of-Way Management”, to provide regulations for the use of the Town’s right-of-way by wireless network providers, in accordance with Chapter 284 of the Local Government Code; and amending the Town’s Master Fee Schedule, to provide for new fees applicable to network providers; providing a repealing clause; providing a savings clause; providing for a penalty of fine not to exceed the sum of two thousand dollars ($2,000) for each offense; and providing for an effective date. 3.
