OPEN FORUM: The opportunity for citizens to address the Town Council on any non-agenda item (limit 5 minutes per person); however, the Texas Open Meetings Act prohibits the Town Council from discussing issues which the public has not been given seventy-two (72) hour notice. Any Council Member may request an item on the Consent Agenda to be taken up for individual consideration 1. Consider approval of the November 27, 2018 Regular Meeting Minutes. 2. Consider an ordinance amending the Argyle Code of Ordinance, Chapter 13, “Utilities”, by adopting a new Article 13.06, “Right-of-Way Management”, to provide regulations for the use of the Town’s right-of-way by wireless network providers, in accordance with Chapter 284 of the Local Government Code; and amending the Town’s Master Fee Schedule, to provide for new fees applicable to network providers; providing a repealing clause; providing a savings clause; providing for a penalty of fine not to exceed the sum of two thousand dollars ($2,000) for each offense; and providing for an effective date. 3. Consider a resolution adopting a Design Manual for the Installation of Network Nodes and Node Support Poles in public rights-of-way within the Town; and providing an effective date.

Chambers Survey, Abstract No. 309, and being located on the north side of FM 407, approximately 300 feet east of US Hwy 377, located in the Town of Argyle, Denton County Texas. 2.
