Consider Approval Of The August 14 Regular Meeting Minutes, August 22, 2018 Special Meeting Minutes and August 28, 2018 Regular Meeting Minutes. 2. Consider an Ordinance Approving A Zoning Change Request (Z-18-001) from Village Center-Transition (VC-T) to Office Retail (OR) for a 0.139-acre tract of land out of the E.W. Yeck Survey, Abstract No. 308, for the Argyle Vet Clinic, located on the south side of FM 407. 3. Consider Approval of an Ordinance Amending the Development Fees for Residential and Nonresidential Construction from the Argyle Fee Schedule.
NEW BUSINESS & PUBLIC HEARINGS: 1. Hold A Public Hearing on a Proposed Property Tax Rate of $0.39750 per $100 assessed valuation for the tax year 2018 (Fiscal Year 2018-2019) for the Town of Argyle, which would increase total tax revenues from properties on the tax roll in the preceding year by 6.08%. (Total tax rate for tax year 2018 remains unchanged from 2017 at $0.3975 per $100 of assessed value). 2. Hold A Public Hearing on the Proposed FY 2018-2019 Annual Budget for the Town of Argyle, Texas.
