OPEN FORUM: The opportunity for citizens to address the Town Council on any non-agenda item (limit 5 minutes per person); however, the Texas Open Meetings Act prohibits the Town Council from discussing issues which the public has not been given seventy-two (72) hour notice. Consider items related to a feasibility study for Railroad Quiet Zones within the Town of Argyle: a. Authorize the Town Manager to enter into a Scope of Work agreement with Lockwood, Andrews & Newman for a feasibility study for Railroad Quiet Zones within the Town of Argyle; and, b. Approve a Resolution authorizing the Town Manager to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Union Pacific Railroad Company Delaware for engineering services associated with the Railroad Quiet Zone feasibility study.
NEW BUSINESS & PUBLIC HEARINGS: 1. Consider and take appropriate action on a Site Plan (SP-17-007) for the Goddard School, a proposed daycare center to be located at 409 FM 407 E, being legally described as a 2.989-acre tract of land situated within the Stephen A.
